Sorry, no. Due to the nature of our production process we are unable to split packs. The text must be the same throughout. One possible solution is to just have a surname printed on your labels so all members of the family can use them.
If your children share items and their names fit within the character limit of the labels you’re looking at then, yes. We do not advise cutting our labels in half, however, as it makes them much less durable.
Absolutely. We can accommodate a phone number on some of our labels, just check your chosen name and number fit within the character limit of the labels you’d like to buy.
Certainly. Simply write it in the ‘Name’ box, along with your child’s name, when ordering your labels. If it takes you over the character limit for the labels, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
Accents are fine but please do not add any emojis to your label order as we will not be able to print them.
We do, however, offer a range of themed labels with a choice of over 70 designs covering space, transport, dinosaurs, mythical, ocean, wild animals, farm & pets, woodlands, mini beasts, and more. We're sure you'll find something you'll little ones will love.
We've improved our shoe stickers and they no longer require a clear overlay. We now apply a special coating to the print which protects it from fading. It also has the added benefit of making them less fiddly to apply.
Our iron on labels are a permanent labelling solution. They physically meld with the fabric of the garment so, once applied correctly, cannot fall off or be removed. You need to apply more heat and pressure when applying the labels. You’ll know when they’re applied properly as you’ll be able to see the weave of the fabric through the labels and the labels edges will be seamless on the garment.

Yes. Sorry! We make all our stickers to order and, despite our best efforts, do make the occasional mistake. Sorry it’s happened with your order. Drop us an email and let us know what we’ve done. We’ll correct, re-print and dispatch your stickers pronto.
We're unfortunately unable to take telephone orders, sorry. We do accept a wide range of payment methods via the website so hopefully you can find one that suits.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. We send all orders via 2nd class post and, in the vast majority of cases, these are delivered within a couple of days. However, Royal Mail can sometimes take a little longer so please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Royal Mail has a lot to answer for! We send everything out via 2nd class mail and most of the time orders arrive within a working day to two. But, every now and then, things can take a little longer. Please let us know if your order still hasn’t arrived after 7 days and we’ll make sure it gets to you.
